Product Description

Ravatherm Ceramic Wool is a thermal insulation material consisting of long, flexible and interwoven fibers produced by spun (twisting and twisting) for applications between 650°C and 1430°C. Ceramic Wool is obtained by melting and combining aluminum, silica, zirconium raw materials at high temperature. Ravatherm Ceramic Wool blanket is used in industrial furnace insulation, in the insulation of boiler pipes and chimneys and in all kinds of technical insulations that require high temperature.

It has been produced in Turkey's first high-tech ceramic wool line, with a very low amount of non-fibrous ceramics and high purity silica and aluminum. Since no chemical binders are used in the production of Ravatherm Ceramic Wool, it does not produce any smoke during the first combustion and does not create odor during combustion. It provides high energy savings as they store less heat in their body compared to fire and insulation bricks. Does not contain asbestos

Ravatherm Ceramic Wool (except phosphoric and hydrofluoric acid and strong alkalis such as Na2O, K2O) is not affected by chemicals. Its thermal and characteristic features remain the same after being wetted and dried, and it still has the same thermal insulation features Ravaber Ceramic Wool, has a long fiber structure due to its production technology and is produced without the need for any chemical binders thanks to this feature.

It provides energy saving in industrial uses, due to its ability to insulate up to 1430°C in technical insulation. In addition to its high temperature thernal insulation, it can provide excellent sound and fire insulation.
